If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a late fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Late arrival policy: We recommend including 15-minute grace period for a late arrival. 30 minutes late won't be accepted.
